This body...is incredible! While my magical strength in my own form is great, the health and physical strength of this form is impressive! I breathe easier as my warden than I ever had. Why, just today I carried five books from the library to my room without making multiple trips or exhausting myself! Warden, I must admit, I am envious of your strength, though I do at times wonder why you'd choose the form of a gnome over that of a dragon.

I keep it in one of the pouches that I wear on my belt. As for how to use it, you first shake it, then insert the opening in your mouth, timing your inhalation with pushing down on the top of the device. Use the purple one morning and night, and use the blue one when you find yourself short of breath.
