She also somehow got a bunch of string which she's rolling into a ball when the video starts, but suddenly she starts frantically tearing the ball of string apart. Then she looks up at the camera with wild, unfocused stare, before slowly moving toward it.]

I have in fact come back from an affliction myself. One with the following symptoms. Constant fearfulness, inability to sleep, loss of appetite, loss of voice or affectations of speech, compulsions, headaches from the clenching of the teeth, and an inability to handle crowds. I spent, in fact, a few years in my youth unable to speak. But there are methods for regaining one's calm. I learned them.
